Mariana Ortega Romo holds a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and has a solid background in civil and commercial litigation. She is certified as a Private Mediator by the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, positioning her as a key professional in alternative dispute resolution.

She currently leads the Mediation Area at Morales Romo Legal & Business Group, having successfully conducted numerous private proceedings that foster communication and negotiation between parties in conflict, under principles of confidentiality, impartiality, and voluntariness.

Throughout her career, she has participated in high-impact strategic negotiations, achieving significant debt recoveries through both judicial and extrajudicial channels. Her experience includes handling credit portfolios before civil and commercial courts in Mexico City, State of Mexico, Morelos, and Jalisco, consolidating her reputation as an effective and results-driven negotiator.
