Francisco holds a Law degree from Universidad La Salle with a specialization in Commercial Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho. He also completed a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration (ICC) and is certified as a private mediator by the Alternative Justice Center of the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City.

He has spoken on mediation and conflict prevention at events hosted by the Mexican Bar Association and The Construction Summit Expo Cihac Mexico.
