Throughout his career, he has led corporate restructuring processes, acquisitions, domestic and cross-border financings, as well as high-level contractual negotiations.

 

His professional practice has focused on providing comprehensive legal solutions in areas such as corporate law, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured financings, foreign investment, trust structures, civil and commercial contracts, legal audits (due diligence), industrial property, and real estate law. He has actively participated in transactions with significant economic impact, cross-border negotiations, and complex regulatory processes requiring a global perspective and a deep understanding of the legal and business environment.

 

His approach is centered on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions that drive growth and mitigate legal risks. He has worked with clients across various industries in cross-border transactions, joint ventures, trusts, foreign investment, fiduciary structures, and legal audits.

 

He earned his law degree from ITAM and holds a Master’s in International Financial Law from King’s College London, along with several specialized diplomas in banking law, financial law, and artificial intelligence from ITAM and Egade Business School. Since 2011, he has been certified as an English-Spanish Expert Translator by the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City.
